Barry Schwartz, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Schwartz is responsible for the creation of the strategic course of the Company.
Mr. Schwartz has been a professional investor/manager for over 30 years. In that period Mr. Schwartz was Senior Vice-President of CEMP Investments Ltd. and President, Chief Operating Officer and a shareholder of Claridge Properties Ltd., investment vehicles for of the Bronfman family, heirs to the Seagram distilling fortune. Mr. Schwartz sat on the Management Committee of the Claridge group of companies. In that capacity he was involved in investments in some of Canada's most notable corporations including Cadillac-Fairview, McLeod, Young, Weir (now Scotia McLeod), and Cineplex Odeon.

Nick Laperle, LL.B., President and Founder
Mr. Laperle is a dynamic entrepreneur who is a lawyer by training and expert in hearing healthcare by experience.
He is the eldest son of Mary Jane Gaudet, a pioneer in the Quebec hearing aid industry and an owner of dispensing clinics since 1963, and has had the opportunity to learn and work in the space from an early age. The result of his extensive knowledge and contact base within the industry is a tremendous asset in his ability to lead and grow Sonomax. It has also served him well in his Board role at the Deafness Research Foundation, in the United States. Mr. Laperle's efforts have established Sonomax as a respected player in hearing protection and he is currently making a name for the Company in the broader hearing healthcare and communications markets. Mr. Laperle is responsible Business development, Investor Relations and Public relations.

Adam Schwartz, BA, Executive Vice President
Mr. Schwartz has co-founded Sonomax in 1998.
His responsibilities at the Company have and continue to be Research and Development, Product Commercialization, Production, and the Implementation Training. His work at Sonomax has afforded him the opportunity to become very knowledgeable in the subject of hearing healthcare and he contributes regularly to the strategic planning at the Company. Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of McGill University.

Claude Allard, Director
Mr. Allard is a former Senior Executive Vice President of Shoppers Drug Mart where he spent year's successfully implementing retail market expansion.
Mr. Allard plays a very active role in the SonoPlatform aspect of Sonomax's business. In his capacity as a Director of Sonomax, Mr. Allard will be invaluable as Sonomax branches out into more retail locations hearing aids and other consumer hearing related products
Peter J. Malouf, President, P.J. Malouf & Co. Inc
Mr. Malouf is a Montreal businessman and investor whose accomplishments date back to the 1970's when as a senior executive at United Asbestos Corporation,
a publicly traded company on the Toronto, Montreal and American exchanges, he played a critical role in the Companies expansion in Northern Ontario, re-financing, and fighting off a hostile take over which opened the way for profitable sales of the company in 1981. Mr. Malouf is an original board member who contributes his valuable time and efforts to Sonomax. He is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
Peter Brennan, Managing Director, Palmer Brennan LLC
Mr. Brennan is an experienced securities analyst as well as being a seasoned investment portfolio manager,
with particular expertise in small cap and emerging growth companies. He is a Co-founder of Palmer Brennan LLC, a New York based investment management firm and past president of Noyes Partner Incorporated, a registered NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) broker-dealer and investment management firm. From1981-1984 he was an insurance and technology analyst at Schroder Capital Management. Mr. Brennan is currently a member and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee of the New York Society of Security Analysts and is on the Capital Markets Policy Council of the CFA Center for Financial Market Integrity. Mr. Brennan's wealth of business experience and technical knowledge is expected to be very germane in guising Sonomax to success.
Kévork Kokmanian, Director, Compliance and Performance, ING Investment management Inc.
Mr. Kokmanian is co-founder and Vice-President of finance at ARX Capital where he specializes in small cap companies.
His accounting background has also made him very knowledgeable in internal operational systems. Mr. Kokmanian serves on the Sonomax Compensation Committee
Zygmunt Marcinski, International Tax Consultant
Mr. Marcinski is a self-employed, Montreal based, business advisor.
His expertise include asset management and multi-jurisdictional tax issues. He is a former Montreal partner of Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Marcinski currently serves as the Chairman of the Sonomax Audit Committee.
Andy Nulman, President and C.M.O. Airborne Mobile Inc.
Mr. Nulman combines a diverse and profound background of media, management, and marketing expertise over a corporate career that spans more than three decades.
In his 15 years at the helm of the Just For Laughs Festival, he helped transform the event into the largest and most prestigious of its kind in the world, and as its CEO, expanded its reach by producing over 150 festival television shows, in numerous languages, all over the globe. In 1999, he left the Festival to become a pioneer in mobile content by co-founding Airborne Mobile, a company few gave the chance to survive the year. Less than seven years later, Airborne was not only honored as North America’s 4th-Fastest Growing Tech Company in Deloitte’s Fast 500 ranking, but was sold to Japan’s Cybird Holdings for over $100 million. As President and CMO of Airborne Mobile, Mr. Nulman continues to provide the insight and creativity required as the company breaks new ground in the now-burgeoning field of mobile media and marketing.
