Javier San Juan joins Sonomax Technologies board of directors
Montreal, Québec, Canada, June 4th, 2010 – /CNW Telbec/ Sonomax Technologies Inc.
(SHH: TSX Venture) is proud to announce the addition of Javier San Juan to its Board of Directors. Mr.
San Juan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of L’Oreal Canada. He holds two Master’s
Degrees; Law and Economics, and a Paris HEC Degree in Finance. He is on the Board of the Montreal
Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, is a Director of Just for Laughs Festival, and serves as a member of
the Advisory Board of the Schulich School of Business. Mr. San Juan participates in several cultural
initiatives, including serving as a Board Member of the Luminato Festival in Toronto.
It is anticipated that Mr. San Juan's wide range of skills will provide important inputs to both
management and his fellow Board members. More specifically, Mr. San Juan has extensive
experience in the development, commercialization, and sales of commercial products for the
retail environment, which is extremely germane to the new Sonomax’s objective of penetrating
the consumer retail market. Sonomax also anticipates that Mr. San Juan’s international business
dealings, and his extensive business, professional, and academic network, will prove to be
extremely valuable to the company as it seeks to do business with large corporations worldwide.
